How Swinggen works...
The video below demonstrates me lifting 900 pounds of water 6 inches and dropping it once every 2 seconds (Lifting 900 pounds 3 inches every second comes to about 300watts approximately if my math is correct) Demonstrating the ability to do a lot of work without much effort riding a swing. The bicycle equivalent would much harder to do this much work. Created for scientific demonstration only, models for sale will be built out of steel or composite for safety reasons. (The steel cable and wood & screw construction is nearly within safety limits for this demonstration) |
